The LRT Friday program was created to help offer our athletes as much opportunity as possible to ski. It's a perfect fit for athletes who want to achieve their absolute best and still live at home and take part in regular student/home life. Academy and Prep school athletes typically get a max of 6 training sessions a week during the non racing season. This includes a day off, 4 afternoons a week and 2 possible training sessions on the weekend. LRT Athletes who can set up the logistics of skiing on Fridays can also get 6 training sessions a week. 2 on Friday (AM & PM) and 4 on the weekends (AM & PM). It's a great bridge between a standard weekend program and a full time program. This program is targeted towards 2nd year U10's through U21 aged athletes.
